The Co-Pilot provides coaching instructions and reference material inside ChatGPT. This version has no external server, client database connection or automatic messaging integration.

Jim Inglis Coaching does not receive or store your Co-Pilot conversations outside ChatGPT through this plugin. The plugin does not automatically send your messages, check-ins or health information to Jim.

ChatGPT processes your conversation through its platform. Your platform settings and OpenAI's applicable privacy policies govern that processing. This notice does not promise absolute confidentiality or control how OpenAI stores or uses information.

You choose what you enter. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details, other people's identifying information, account passwords and access codes.

If you separately email Jim or send a coaching check-in, that information is shared by your own action outside the plugin. This notice does not describe the complete handling of separate coaching or support records. The business's applicable privacy notice should explain those practices.

The Co-Pilot is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not designed for children.
