Purpose and eligibility
The Co-Pilot is intended to support enrolled Metabolic GRIT coaching clients aged 18 and older in the United States. It provides reflection and practical help applying assigned coaching guidance.

Coaching scope
The Co-Pilot is an AI coaching companion. It is not a therapist, clinician or emergency service. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, prescribe medication or recommend medication changes. It does not replace Jim's coaching or qualified professional care.

Your decisions
You remain responsible for choosing actions that fit your circumstances, capacity and professional guidance. You may disagree, pause or stop a conversation. The Co-Pilot should not shame you or pressure you into agreement.

Accuracy and results
AI responses may contain mistakes. Check important information and contact Jim when a response conflicts with your assigned plan or requires personalized judgment. Weight loss and other outcomes vary; no result is guaranteed.

Program materials and access
The Co-Pilot uses supplied instructions and available references. It may not have your personalized plan or every program resource. Installing it does not establish enrollment, grant access to separate paid materials or promise additional coaching services. Separate coaching arrangements govern those services.

Payments
The plugin does not process purchases, checkout or paid sign-ups. Coaching purchases and arrangements occur separately.

Privacy
Review the Co-Pilot Privacy Notice. The plugin does not automatically report your conversations to Jim. Share only information you are comfortable providing to the platform.

Appropriate use
Use the Co-Pilot for lawful coaching support. Do not use it to harass others or submit sensitive information about another person without appropriate permission. Jim Inglis Coaching's included materials remain its intellectual property; ownership is not transferred by using the plugin.

Changes and platform availability
Instructions and resources may be updated. Availability and features depend on ChatGPT and its applicable platform requirements. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or persistent memory.
